Grant Application 2025

Thank you for your interest in submitting a grant application to the Women of St. James by-the-Sea Episcopal Church for the funds raised by the 2025 White Elephant Sale. Applications are currently being accepted. Please complete the form below and include any pertinent attachments on or before the deadline of August 31, 2025.

Organizations whose grants were funded previously are required to submit a documented accounting of how funds were utilized in order to be considered for future grant requests.

If grant funding is awarded to your organization, funds will be distributed October of 2025.

1. Give a brief (100 words or less) descriptive summary of your organization.(Required)

2. Outline the SPECIFIC use for the funds requested. Please address each of the criteria below. Examples of items that do not qualify for funding include salaries, conference registrations, operating expenses, etc.

A. Describe the project, program, or item(s) to be funded.(Required)

B. Describe the community/group who benefits from these funds.(Required)

C. Include a price quote for tangible items requested. This can be a vendor quote, link to a retail website, or you may send a print out from a retail website.(Required)

D. Indicate the anticipated lifespan of tangible items requested (if applicable).
