Encountering atheists in Balboa Park, and this week’s readings, inspired the Rev. Dr. Mark Hargreaves to preach about how laughter, joy, and pleasure can be “an invitation to serve, to look out for others, to savor the gifts that God has given us in this beautiful world”.
