Elisha picked up Elijah’s mantle. For many years our church leaders have picked up the mantle passed to them by those who have gone before. The Rev’d Dr. Mark Hargreaves prays “…we as a congregation pick up the mantle of faith and may we bear the fruits of God’s Holy Spirit in our lives individually and as a community.”
